Stuttgart rescheduled

Due to the large-scale production for the tour and the necessary routing logisitics throughout the European leg, the Stuttgart show has had to be rescheduled to the previous day. Originally due to take place on June 29th, it is now happening on June 28th. Obviously all previously purchased tickets for the 29th will be honored, but under the event that you cannot make it to the new date, a refund will be given by the ticket agency.

And talking of tickets, it is estimated that around 800,000 of them so far have been sold, with a lot of venues still having allocations to sell.

More unconfirmed Stuermer blabs

Published today on the daily magazine website, OnMilwaukee.com, Daryl tells the interviewer some interesting tidbits for the forthcoming tour. Of note were the following:

• Rehearsals will start in April in Lausanne, Switzerland and will last 2 weeks.
• The band will then head to Brussels in Belgium for Production Rehearsals.
• North American tour will be arena shows and that it will start on September 7th in Toronto, Canada.

Although it is highly likely that this information is correct, it is yet to been confirmed by Genesis and/or their Management.

Some news on NA dates

During his concert at Shank Hall, Milwaukee 2 days ago (29th), Daryl mentions to the audience that the first date on the North American tour will be in Toronto and the last in Los Angeles. He also added that he wasn't sure if Milwaukee will be included in the itinernary.

Thank you to the many who have already visited here. It's good to know so many of you appreciate it.

Promise I will have the site problems fixed by year's end. Here's looking forward to a wonderful 2007 with our favorite band, and hope to see some of you on tour!

Incidentally, the radio interview yesterday on Swiss radio, RSR did not conjure up any more information regarding the tour, but things of note were;

• they reiterated that no new material is planned, but if it happens it won't be under any kind of pressure [not sure if this means pressure for a new album or pressure from Management/Record Labels to produce new material??]
• MR said they were planning to tour the US
• Tony mentioned that their Management could possibly think about a live album of next year's tour

Swiss Radio tomorrow

An interview that was conducted with Tony, Mike & Phil will be the feature of Swiss radio station, Radio Suisse Romande, tomorrow between 7 and 8pm (local time). The interview which was taped in Geneva on November 28th will be part of the station's "Radio Paradiso" segment.

Extra tickets for Denmark

Approximately 6,000 tickets have been released for the show in Herning on June 14th, due to the Concert Arena having been remodeled recently.

Belgium now on sale

Tickets for show in Brussels at the Stade Roi Baudouin on June 24th are now on sale. They went on general sale at 12.01am (local time), December 18th.

With all of the dates for the European tour now on sale (or either sold out) - with the exception of Rome - pending any changes and/or additions, it only remains for an announcement of the North American tour and dates. Expect this news sometime in the New Year.
